Cruises
Cruising is a very "different" sort of holiday, often booked to celebrate a special occasion. With the increase in popularity in this type of travel, there has been a consequent increase in the places that cruise ships visit and variety of ships to choose from.
It is possible to cruise in ships that are floating five star hotels with over 2,000 passengers and every imaginable facility on board, or you can try an "adventure cruise" down to Antarctica or along the Amazon in a small vessel with well known experts on board. If the traditional liner is more to your taste there are still a number available offering the highest class of service with the personal touch. There are ships designed to carry the young on party cruises and ships that specialise in carrying families with nannies, children's clubs and night nurseries (there is even a Disney ship!). There are sports cruises, world cruises, 3 night cruises, special interest cruises, cruises for people travelling on their own - the list is endless.
The cost of cruising can vary enormously from £263 for a 3 night cruise in the Bahamas (cruise only) to £499 for a seven day Mediterranean cruise including flights, accommodation and all meals, to £40,000 for a penthouse suite on a 31 night around the world cruise. With all this choice it is vital that the right cruise is chosen to ensure a really special holiday. We have cruise specialists who have travelled on many of the ships and visited many others, we can arrange visits for potential customers to many ships when they are docked in the UK. We make every effort to ensure that you make the perfect choice every time. |
